MOTIVATION'S EFFECTS
As the author visited different classes we have also the experience of witness lessons because of our work experience and I have realized of those problems that he exposed about motivation in learning language. I can obviously find more interest from little children who are eager to learn than the older ones who usually say: why learning English? It won’t be useful for me in the future, or it’s too difficult, etc. I agree when he said that the factors that affect in this are: home support, healthy issues, the previous and first experience in learning English, etc.
motivation is so important to us as future teachers because is one of the most fundamental factors that affects the learning of our children. Therefore, motivation is something that teachers need to be always encouraging to their students,by identifying in what are they stronger, make them know that they can do it. Gave support and congratulate them is not less important.

grammar mistakes
the relugar mistakes that my classmates and I have, are grammar mistakes. i think grammar is about rules which we dont manage well so we commmit this faults. also I believe that some others classmates have problems in punctuation. they use lots of commas and dots. But we already know that in english most of the sentences are separated in ideas by a dot not with millions of commas like in spanish. another mistake i found of our writing is that we try to write like in spanish. That is also the reason of using lots of commas. our mistake is that we are doing, in fact, a translation with the texts we write. it is difficult finding faults because we are still learning so commit mistakes...

Dave's incredibly action
The video is about Dave a teacher who had grown up aroud teachers, members of his family.This made him think about all those inspiring people. He rented a store and started selling pirate supplies, but at the back of that there was a tutorial center where children could go to keep up in their reading and writing. Children whom had special needs, that english wasnt spoken at home and most of them had learning disabilities. He thought he and other profesional people would help these kids by teachig them one on one attention and needed more hours to improve their faults. This project worked exceptionally good and more and more people came as teachers and more and more children came asking for help. As a success, this project was done in different cities also in different countries, getting more and more people.
I think Dave's action was wonderful. It is great to find people who had dreams and can make them real, more if its kind of a SOS dream that doesnt help just him, but all. Mainly helps improvig society. He said: this action makes a happy family, a bunch a happy families in a neighborhood is a happy community. A bunch of happy communities tied together is a happy city and a happy world...

It is time to do something

My name is Javiera Muñoz, a third year English Pedagogy student. I am writting you let you know about my concern about crime which is affecting considerably to the people in our society.
The problem that very worries me is that we can not be just us, just relaxed and comfortable in streets or even inside of our houses. We need to be always aware of what could happen or if somebody is trying to steal something to you. I do not think it is the way i want to live my life either the way i want the people who i love to do so.
I think you need to improve your laws and enforce them. They are useless if not followed. Therefore there wont be any positive change. I know this is a big challenge wich contains economy and educational issues, but if not do it now, never will be done. So this is the time finally somebody do something for our country.

classroom environment

The video is about a teacher who ask for advice in classroom manage and organization. In his class, he groups students but they distract each other.
Miranda, the reporter, goes to one of the best schools in england. There she talks with the headteacher of the school and he gives her some advices. About the disruptive boys problem, it is difficult because what works in one group it does not in other. It is an issue of personalities. So, mixing children of strong personality with children of shy personality,should be a possible solution. About displays, they show how children are involved in the process of learning. It mainly helps children of the school who’s mayority is learning english as a second or third language. This methods are taking from examples of others schools where they attend to get new and useful ideas. Also teachers do courses, read educational literature, magazines, etc.

They are working in evaluating the design of the classroom doing a campaing of learning environment, which should be attractive and bright to stimulate the students learning. They interact with their students asking them what is what distract them and they say: the displays. So it is something that differs from each environment. About environment, they work with students to improve class order. In this, temperature, lighting, air, access to water affects in learning.
Then an orthoscopic is asked about the subject and he says: that in classroom design, visual environment affects the students’ performance, though there is not an ideal design. give it a try...its better that way
i can recognize that i can be rude too at sometimes when its necessary and when someone is provocatting, but not just because. The thing is that people need learning and practicing good manners, to be willing to have a good and nice attitud. People is very rude with others, usually without a reason. One example would be when we are at the subway and people crush you, yell to you, hit you, and try to find anything that can bother you to start a fight.
Its true, first getting up so early to go to work or to classes, the amount of people that you can find in the subway, the problems that delay your arriving, external problems, etc; affects your mood, your sense of humor, that makes you to have a bad disposition for living the day. But why not everybody tries, at least, to be nice with others and of that way you can create a good and nice environment that makes you be more relaxed, calm, etc.
